OLF Adoration - Keeping it Perpetual
It’s Perpetual…But We Still Need Your Help
There is nothing as powerful as prayer: for ourselves, for our families, and for the world. And there is no more powerful a way to pray than spending an hour before the Blessed Sacrament.
Thanks to the great response from our parishioners earlier this summer. Our Perpetual Adoration Chapel now has all 168 hours of the week filled with at least one scheduled adorer. Many of the hours have two or more adorers. A number of additional parishioners have also signed up to be available as substitute adorers to fill in for regular adorers.
Individual prayer before the Blessed Sacrament is very important, but our collective prayer before the Blessed Sacrament by having perpetual adoration is just as important. We could use your help to continue to strengthen our perpetual adoration.
Please consider signing up as a scheduled adorer for one of the hours that has only one adorer. Once you are signed up as a scheduled adorer, you can work with the other scheduled adorer to cover conflicts, and we also have a robust substitute program available. To see the hours where we could use more adorers, see the other side of this sheet,
or go to
and click “Weekly Commitment.”
We could also use more substitute adorers. To sign up as a substitute adorer, go to
and click “Become a Sub.”
Prayer is our most powerful weapon, especially in the world in which we currently live. There is no more effective way to unleash its power than through adoration before the Blessed Sacrament. Imagine what two scheduled adorers per hour for all 168 hours of the week could do for our parish, our church, and our world.
We need your help. Thank you and God bless you.
The Perpetual Adoration Chapel Ministry Team
We would like to have at least two adorers per hour and as many substitute adorers as possible. The hours where more adorers are needed are listed below:
